Our primary focus is small to medium sized business IT Support. In some cases, your business is large enough to have routine technology needs, but isn't large enough to warrant a full-time IT person on staff. Sometimes, you may have an "in-house IT guru" who was hired to do something else but now has to waste half of his/her time handling IT problems. Still other times, your business actually has a full-time IT person, but is really soaking up payroll.

All right, Apple. You proprietary so-and-so's. While I love your products, I've always hated this about you -- do-it-yourself computer repair people have such a difficult time with repairing your products. Oh, sure, everything's hunky dory for guys like my Geeks who know a thing or two about how to get your products apart, but this is starting to get out of hand. I want to make a pitch for everybody who thinks that changing their own oil is a right of car ownership. I'm talking about the little guy who feels like changing his own locks is something every husband should know how to do.

Maybe your business and your coworkers use abbreviations from time to time, but when you're communicating with clients, you should be using a standard writing protocol. Your emails reflect your company (and YOU!) and nothing erodes your reputation like your incapacity to form a sentence. So pay attention to your grammar, spelling and punctuation. Put those rules Mrs. Smith taught you into effect!
